What Data We Collect

We collect the minimum personal data necessary to provide our courier services: name, company name, address, telephone number, and email address. For credit account customers, we may also collect company registration and VAT numbers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing courier services, processing payments, and communicating with you about your deliveries. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to fulfil your courier booking) and legitimate interests (to manage our business relationship with you).

Data Sharing

We may share your data with sub-contracted drivers for the purpose of completing deliveries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain customer data for 6 years after the last transaction for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Proof of delivery records are retained for the same period.

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), object to processing, and request data portability.
